Shortest Hollywood Marriages: Give Back the Bridesmaid Gifts?

Do you know which celebrities have had the shortest Hollywood marriages? Here's a few:

1. Britney Spears and Jason Allen Alexander: I think we all remember this fiasco. It seemed the beginning of the downward roller coaster spiral she went on didn't it? It seems like she's been on a more even keel lately. I hope so anyway for her boys' sake.
2. Renee Zellweger and Kenny Chesney (yup, remember this one too).
3. Drew Barrymore and Jeremy Thomas (We all know Drew but who's the guy?)
4. Lisa Marie Presley and Nicholas Cage: I really used to like him as an actor. Lately, I haven't been that impressed but he has something on screen...not sure what it is. I still like watching his earlier movies.

When marriages break up so fast, some within the same day, do the bridesmaid gifts have to go back too? No, of course not! Take the loot and run, ladies! They can afford it.

Celebrity Engagement and Marriage News

Celebrities have been busy thinking about wedding bells. Here's the latest for celebrities who will be planning weddings and shopping for bridesmaid gifts:

• Christina Milian was married in Vegas this past weekend.
• Kevin Jonas had a bit of a problem choosing which of his brothers would be his best man. Rather than pick, he decided both of his Jonas Brothers band brothers would act as best man (or men).
• Uma Thurman is getting married next June.
• Tyra Banks is denying she's engaged. Only time will tell.

Timbaland Married

Did you ever notice that when celebrities get engaged or married, all the attention is on the ring on the woman's finger. In reality, the men may have some pretty snazzy wedding rings on as well.

For instance, Timbaland presented the mother of his baby with a 12-carat canary diamond ring when he asked her to marry him. They were together six years before this. There was no mention of his ring.

How come we always hear about the women's rings when celebrities get engaged or married but we never hear bout the mens rings? They always talk about the size of the women's rings. I want to see what the male half of the celebrity couple is wearing too!

I didn't even know the hugely talented Timbaland is a married man. A belated congratulations to them both!

Howard Stern Forgoes Wedding Ring for Tattoo Instead

I was watching Rachael Ray the other day and the guest was the new Mrs. Howard Stern on (Beth Ostrosky, now known as Beth Stern). I hadn't seen the show before but considering they were married in 2008, it had to be a re-run. Did you know they'd been together for eight years before they married?

Beth showed the tattoo she had (and "H" on her wrist) and a picture was shown of the tattoo Howard had on his ring finger of a "B". Instead of shopping for mens wedding rings, Howard chose to get a tattoo with his wife's first initial instead. I guess she doesn't need to worry about whether he'll ever try to hide his wedding band since he can't exactly wash that tattoo off but I'd prefer the wedding ring myself.
